The umbrella body of all Nigerian actors, Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Lagos State chapter, may have thrown its weight behind the much-talked-about film, ‘Pathetic’, just produced by seasoned Nollywodd actress, Dayo Amusa.
The indication emerged as the AGN reportedly directed all its members to go and see the film at the cinemas as soon as it is released on Thursday, March 24th 2017.
‘Pathetic’ is a unique film laced with intrigues and suspense that expose the struggles celebrities face even among their family and friends; the secret pains, the travails, the misconceptions, the exploitations and the steam.
The movie features such highly rated actors as Bimbo Akintola, Wole Ojo, Toyin Abraham, Funsho Adeolu, Toyin Alausa, Taiwo Okunlola, Anu Shodanya, amongst several others.
Speaking to reporters in Lagos recently, Mr. Don Pedro Agabi, the chairman of Lagos AGN, said, ‘all our members have been advised and sensitized on the need to see the movie at the cinemas,” adding that, “the movie deserves commendation and accolades because of its unique style, plot and depth.”
